Eyes of Smoke Baby Blue

Into a dim and smoky biker bar, she suddenly appeared

Blonde hair flowing like a golden mountain brook

In her jeans and leathers, walked right toward me

Unnoticed by others, my Brothers didn’t even look

With a heart felt smile she politely asked for a ride

What a beautiful lady, could this really be true?

There was something alluring, but also chilling

It was her eyes, eyes the color of Smoke Baby Blue.

We rode through the night having the time of our lives

My heart was melting. This could not really be true.

It was an attraction that I could not control.

I knew I was in love with those eyes of Smoke Baby Blue

We talked and talked about things of the future and past

We hugged and vowed, no matter, we could make do

We dreamed of a long wonderful life together

Yes, together forever with those eyes of Smoke Baby Blue

Back toward the bar, riding through a dense ominous fog

Her breath on the back of my neck as we safely rode through

As I turned to her with a sigh, that chill again. Gone, she’s gone

Here, then gone forever. Those eyes of Smoke Baby Blue.
